A large well known outfit has cancelled at the last moment - !

With only a few furnishings a 5 bed home needs populating - I managed to

"Dress " this house by renting from two outlets and saved $4,000 from the large firms quotes.

The client sells - $300,00 above reserve after a brief sales campaign.
