Project 10 - Renovate for re sale full house renovation

With the objective to sell within the year - a family of 5 plus 2 dogs, request from me to make this house have maximum appeal for the best possible sale .

With that in mind and the need to not over-capitalise - we focus on the need to keep the template of the kitchen similar - thus reducing plumbing costs. By removing part of one wall and a full other wall the kitchen / dinning area is created with heaps of natural light. More storage by the way of a large pantry and a display cabinet has the effect of reducing clutter and keeping the space fresh and clean. Further improvements to all three bathrooms make this home a quick and profitable sale.
