As part of a total home remodel the outdoor area was going to be #1 priority.

 - I referred a trade group who went way beyond the call of duty and delivered the most spectacular fitout,transforming a older pool area into dedicated BBQ  Annex - Outdoor room and the client is delighted. What started as simply installing all new windows they ended up doing all construction and removal of old fittings as well.
WE - now we move onto the nearly complete kitchen remodel which feeds to the bifold windows - all new floors inside and laundry rebuild - plus bathrooms as well. Keep watching this space. It is  a very well built architect home on a large block BUT was showing its age. Not anymore - contemporary - indoor/outdoor lifestyle and well within the budget and timeline. Good job chaps, so spectacular was the result " Home Design and Living " Magazine are running a story on it - in addition to sourcing all trades and design direction I styled the photos.
