THE HEART OF THE HOME GOES OUTSIDE TOO -inside/outside

An amazing adventure - is this one. I was contacted by the clients with the impression they weren't sure IF I would value add. Vanessa is very organised, resourceful and informed. What they wanted was to take the HUB of the home the kitchen and dining / informal lounge etc and outdoor area - and turn it into the quality of the remainder of the renovated section. This with $100,00 max and before Xmas holidays !! We met - I came with the preferred kitchen company and a team of associated trades to remove old/ repair and adapt walls - electrical, plumbing etc and YES we are on task - on time and on budget. One thing an experienced renovator gets is the need to adapt expectations or leave certain non-essential items to the " next time " - This couple get that and it is wonderful to see it evolve - watch this space !!
