A well built but dated home - is getting made to suit the family. Windows replaced in many areas improving the thermal issues, 1980's windows were very basic we are replacing with semi -commercial from an excellent provider. Walls down to accommodate a much bigger kitchen complete with butlers pantry and barn doors, all bathrooms rebuilt, all new flooring , pergola, full internal paint etc etc - lots of planning - walls come down/ structural beams go in - watch the teams I have chosen work their magic. - I am NOT project managing this job the clients have that handled - I helped with trades referral and selection, some design input and some scheduling.
