NEW LOOK AT NEWPORT

This is a lovely home - which has been very cleverly divided into two dwellings ( downstairs rented out ) have a couple of customers with this arrangement. Problem was the family got the old kitchen. the layout did not work at all - you had to enter the upstairs through the old laundry. I used the team from Kitchenworks to redesign this area - took a few attempts to get the right arrangement - but watch what they do. This company does all the trades as well ( depending on location ) so within the first meeting the clients had all costs - no confusion. The clients are thrilled with the new arrangement - integrated laundry etc It was decided as you could enter the home from three doors - to close off two - one with cladding - one a large window and make the kitchen the entry point - it all works.
