WE WANT A FOREVER HOME

A very well built home which fronts onto a huge reserve of land, plus the family love the area - BUT its style is all dark and 1980's.

What started as a - partial renovation - bloomed into a major 5 month rebuild. 5 bathrooms ( one we created by taking some of the laundry area and built the oldest girl an ensuite via her wardrobe !! ) New windows, new fabulous kitchen - Major works - all tiled areas have underfloor heating - apart from the bedrooms thats most of the home. 82 items in my week by week plan. Wonderful workmanship from the teams I brought in - Full repaint internal and much of outside - we chose to repaint the garage doors with latex paint. That saving paid for some of the many shutters installed. Wonderful family - great clients and now friends. This lady will turn other houses around - a natural renovator - basically she took everything in her stride - not too excited and not too devastated at set backs ( which always happen ). So a big chunk of 2019 and well spent.
