WHAT A DIFFERENCE - During Covid 19

A 90 year old home that literally has had no work done on it in that period is renovated for rental. This is happening as the effects of Covid 19 present.

So all work must be done with the new distancing rules and safety protocol. This means we have to divide the jobs into sections. Despite this we managed to get the works done in the timeline ready for the new tennants. Without overcapitalising - ie: kitchen doors are painted white and simple new appliances are added. All the real transformation happens in the hard surfaces. Full repair of inside and outside walls. The original timber cladding had to be patched and sanded extensively. Inside a hodgepodge of old lino is replaced with affordable but very effective Hybrid flooring in the blackbutt pattern. Outside a combination of colours - All timber cladding is painted " Dulux Tranquil Retreat " and the metal work Dulux " Domino " - White inside and outside is 1/4 Lexicon - ready and rented very quickly.
