GETTING READY TO SELL - COVID 19 STYLE

A family home that has had many years of wear an tear - is now ready for my team to give it the polish required to sell in a challenging market time. With all our tasks in an empty home - with social distancing in place - ( 1 painter per room ) we got an amazing result. Clients were very easy to deal with and very appreciative of the changes that simple things - full repaint, change of door hardware, addition of bright lighting and new carpet to all bedrooms and floor repair and repolish made. 3 week timeline managed by the paint crew working 12 days straight - they were amazing. Floors restored to their past glory and a full repolish and a oil based finish - then a commercial clean including windows - many of them and all floors and bathrooms and all cabinetry sparkling clean. The real estate agent chose to partially furnish this very large home ! I agree it sparkles and has so many options of living style - a beautiful clean canvas for a new large family.
