SEE YOU LATER " 70'S " FULL HOUSE RENOVATION

A very well built home - with a good layout hence the owners wanting to invest in making it more comfortable and more to their style. Full replacement of all 'wet' rooms. All floors repaired and new flooring and carpet ( in 3 bedrooms ) replaced.

This project was postponed due to Covid restrictions - in total 11 weeks with the very patient owners living IN. The accent colour which the kitchen cabinetry and some walls were painted is Porters Paints " French Green ". This we chose the beautiful mosaic feature for the bathrooms to have a similar tone. A fresh result which still allows a lot of the owners heritage furniture to shine.
