APARTMENT REBIRTH

A mature building houses 4 apartments. This block is in a very sought after location in the northern part of Sydney. However it is now showing the signs of neglect. Rented for a decade - the apartment requires - many repairs to all surfaces, removal of mould and mildew and full repaint, including electrical, carpet and floor resurfacing are all required. In a extremely busy renovation boom in Sydney - we manage to get all suitable trades who quote and attend to the tasks in a 2 week period - just in time before another Covid lockdown June 2021 !! Phew - Owners are delighted - THEIR SON IS NOW IN LOCKDOWN IN HIS DREAM APARTMENT. Since then - he is able to create the vision he was hoping for - a NEOCLASSICAL beauty. The furnishings and mirrors are so effective . Plus it is in a great location with beautiful walks nearby. I was pushing for the last tasks the lockdown hadn't been made public - so glad we got him moved in right before. NOW - gets to admire his home complete with carefully gathered furnishings and accessories in his own space.
