DELTA - SAFETY RENOVATION

What was going to be full replacement of all floors - that included raising some rooms floor levels - and some improvements in the kitchen, became a much bigger project. Reason - the major trade was so inspiring and exciting to have in the home the owners decided - lets really DO this. 2 new bathrooms, New butlers pantry, totally new kitchen, all new lighting, open up spaces and all new surfaces.( Note some of the " during videos " where shot BEFORE the strict mask rules where in place ) Then the Delta variant - hits Pause. Family is relocated to live elsewhere and policing of all safety and protocol becomes so very important. QR code and constant attention ensures all family, crews and myself are safe and in line with all continually changing rules. So after 2 weeks break- we are ready to go as soon as allowed with only 2 tradesmen at one time. I have shuffled and got members of the same family working together. I have installed a QR CODE and we have very strict protocols in place and family is living elsewhere ( except the chickens !!! - wonder what they make of all this ? still laying eggs though. ) Watch us work lockdown with its restrictions but the strongest attention to safety. Negative covid test prior to any returning trade. August 2021 we do paint all interior ( father and son team ) All new flooring - flatmates, and install all bathroom fittings and eventually all the custom cabinetry another father son duo. Keeping things in the family. !!! SAFETY PROTOCOL IS FIRST PRIORITY NOW and all works are progressing in a very safe ( somewhat slower way ) however as the home is unoccupied we can proceed with full protocol in place including mask wearing at all times, check in to QR code - 4 sq metre between each of the trades and maximum of 4 inside at any time. As vaccination becomes more readily available all trades and family ( who are living elsewhere however come for meetings and inspection ) are gradually fully double vaccinated. The rules and regulations required slow the renovation down - however ensure the safety of the crews, family and everyone involved. We end up with a beautiful result with 2 new bathrooms, all new floors, all new kitchen and adjacent butlers pantry / laundry utilities room. Full interior repaint and the main issue of many levels in this home is now addressed. Safe for the elders of the family and fresh main level of the family home.
