RENOVATE FOR BEST SALE $$$

This home and this family we have been involved with during the improvements over the years. Very accomplished home improvement people the owners - however they do know when a certain skill set is out of their comfort range. Now the kids have moved out and this large family home is on the market for sale. The owners had done a magnificent job having the original pool totally restored and that is the main real estate image. I gave some advice re things to remove - too many pictures etc reduce some items - however their agent basically liaised with me regarding the styling . At her request I brought in the excellent paint crew who had done half the home 2 years prior. However we had one week, which we managed - ready for the campaign. Yep in a strange market with election uncertainty and interest rate increases - they get the sale.
