FINISHING AN OWNER BUILD

This home - is beautifully built - HOWEVER the FINISH never happened - 20 years later - we make it the dream the owner aimed for. Rebuild all 3 bathrooms as they are not waterproofed and tiled properly - plus need a contemporary style - however we are reusing a fabulous metal bath, was heritage red - now we have it being resurfaced at the only company in Australia who does this. In addition we are commercially repainting the vanities doors ( change of top basin taps and a repaint ). Kitchen also gets a commercial repaint. All new floors, full repaint inside and outside and window furnishings. The entrance gets special attention with a smart NEW front door and complete new colourway - tiled entrance deck New colourways outside, including the colourbond roof and new guttering as well.
