Love where they live - and want to invest in the best use of their block. #1 Improve the current pergola with views to later having a plunge pool #2 Replace the large bank of sliding doors and windows that access that area - including a smart feature timber servery. #3  A  pool with a heater so it can be used year round. #4 Next a Granny flat for visitors accommodation, this has yet to be decided if we convert the double garage or build it in front yard. 

We rebuilt the OUTDOOR room to be heated and with fans - wonderful extension of the home for all. Replaced the sliding doors and windows that meet that area with PVC double glazed ones. Now getting the pool built so Home is like a resort. Love these clients ( now friends ) and so happy this second project with them is making such a difference.
