FAMILY FIRST

On a picturesque 5 acre property sits a home that has been added to over the years. Time had taken it's toll on the house. So it was decided to rebuild it to it's full potential. What was first envisioned as a partial renovation has developed into a full restoration and full renovation of all rooms. This includes staying true to the original home BUT at the same time making it flow better and all new finishes and a clean new colour selection. The roof rebuild was the start and we moved onto the inside. All utilities, all windows and doors - all bathrooms - 2 kitchens and a redesign of the laundry into a butlers pantry. First time I have been involved with this build crew and it has been fantastic. Very professional and know the gig. My role is COACH - TO to assist the owner with making design choices, KEEPING ON BUDGET and DOING WEEKLIES CHECKLISTS - so it isn't too overwhelming. A 9 month build and the family will be in by New Year.
