ROOM REVERSAL - 3 ROOM REBUILD - Downstairs renovation

A well built 1950's home has an unusual layout. Toilet adjacent to the kitchen and old and not working. We open up a wall - and turn that area into a butlers pantry/laundry. We relocate the toilet room to a void under the stairs. Make the old laundry into a spacious main bathroom. In addition we have old flooring changed with Karndean Korlok in the whole whole downstairs and the staircase. Plus replace all windows in these rooms and kitchen and bedroom nearby. Works began early November and where completed shortly after Xmas . ON TIME and ON BUDGET A warm neutral palette we use warm wood tones in the cabinetry and flooring choices.
