An ensuite bathroom that was built on the cheap 40 years ago - falls apart. The client has this as her own space and it feeds from he walk-in wardrobe.
We manage to rebuild and make this space a truly luxurious room with a very slim budget and tight timeline. Loving how much she adores her new bathroom. While we where on site and sourcing fittings, and having trades on task  - we did a partial renovation of the other bathroom - toilet, vanity and shower fittings replaced - saved $$ this way. 2 rooms for the price of 1 !!!
