Working With Us Is Simple
01.
Consultation
The first step in our design and renovation process is to schedule an initial consultation with the client. During this consultation, we will discuss the client's vision for their living space, their needs, preferences, and budget. This is also an opportunity for us to showcase our portfolio and answer any questions the client may have. This step helps us understand the client's goals, ensuring that we can deliver the desired outcome.
02.
Design
After the consultation, we will proceed to create a design plan that aligns with the client's needs, budget, and style preferences. Our team of skilled designers will work with the client to create a 3D rendering of the design, providing a clear visualization of what the final outcome will look like. We will also provide a detailed project plan, including timelines and budgets, ensuring that the client is aware of every aspect of the project.
03.
Development
Once the client approves the design and project plan, our skilled tradespeople will begin the renovation process. Our team has extensive experience in home renovations and can handle any challenge that may arise during the project. We will keep the client informed at every stage of the process and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard.
04.
After Care
Our commitment to exceptional service does not end when the renovation is complete. We will provide the client with a thorough walkthrough of the newly renovated space, ensuring that they are happy with the final result. We also provide aftercare and follow-up support, ensuring that any issues that may arise after the project is completed are resolved quickly and efficiently. We believe that our relationship with the client continues long after the renovation is complete, and we are always available to provide ongoing support and advice.
Client reviews
Robert Pelletier
We renovated a bathroom, the adjoining bedroom, a driveway and our front garden with Gillian. She was wonderful to work with. She listens to her clients, is wonderfully creative, has a brilliant team of tradies working with her and understands how important a budget is for most of us. Somehow, she managed to magic additional space for our tiny bathroom and the adjoining pocket sized bedroom so they now are generous, beautiful and a pleasure to live with.
Renovating is a challenging process. Gillian explained every stage. She came to see the house every day to make sure the work of the tradies was up to standard (which it always was). We are delighted with the end result.Read More
